Mechanical properties: Sigma b (MPa) : grade I,≥895 Conditional yield strength sigma 0.2 (MPa) : grade I,≥760 Elongation 5 (%) : grade I,≥25 Reduction of area bits (%) : class I, 35 or more Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure: Specification for heat treatment: 1) after hot forming and before deformation strengthening: solid solution treatment; 2) after deformation and reinforcement: the rate is ≤40℃/h , heating to 320 ~ 350℃, insulation 8 ~ 12h, at the rate ≤40℃/h slow cooling to 100℃ below, to eliminate residual stress.
